Very Hard

Very hard is the difficulty level above hard, but under nightmare mode. This level of difficulty which is seen in Resident Evil: Outbreak and Resident Evil: Outbreak File #2 is very hard like it sounds. This level tests the playing ability of the player. This level has very little items and ammo. So anything which the player manages to come across must be used well otherwise they will be struggling and face the inevitable death.
