U.B.C.S. - Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service

U.B.C.S. was first introduced in the Resident Evil 3: Nemesis game. U.B.C.S. was sent to contain an epidemic in Raccoon City which was under threat by the T-Virus. Their secondary objective was to save as many survivors as possible. Umbrella Corp also wanted to gain reliable combat data, only supervisors knew about this.

UBCS members are also seen in Resident Evil Outbreak-Files No.1 and No.2 and Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles.

The UBCS was created by; Soviet Colonel, Sergei Vladimir. U.B.C.S. was most made out of former mercenaries and war criminals recruited by Umbrella and trained to deal with the bio-chemical muck ups or purpose made bio-chemical muck-ups.
