Description

Sheena Island is believed to be what was going to be the next Raccoon City. The whole city was constructed by Umbrella so they are in total control of the island. The city looks very similar to Raccoon City so this is how it got its name to be the next Raccoon City.

Purpose

Umbrella used the island to mass produce the tyrants. They used to kidnap little kids from all around the world and use them as test subjects on the island. Though one day one of the subjects became aware of what was actually happening and tried to escape with some inmates but they all ended up being killed.
