The horror begins when Claire tries to infiltrate an Umbrella base in Paris but finds herself getting knocked out and transported to Rockfort Island. Woken by a car crash above her she's in a jail cell to be greeted by Rodrigo Juan Raval who lets her out of her holding cell and tells her she can try to get off the island if she wills. But notes her that the island has been overcome with creatures and she'll be lucky to get out. After going back to the surface and being startled by an explosion the zombies are already on her tail.
