Premise

While Barry Burton and Chris Redfield head off to Europe to prepare their retaliation against Umbrella, Jill chooses to stay behind to gather more proof.Before she has time to leave the city, the T-Virus has already infected and turned many civilians of the once prosperous city. She is trapped inside the city, even as the civilians die and rise again around her. The Raccoon Police Department is obliterated. Jill is on her own. The U.B.C.S. (Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service) is sent into the necropolis to clean up the city as best as they can. However, they are outnumbered by the thousands, and Jill and the mercenaries are forced to forge an uneasy alliance. Just when things are at their worse, a B.O.W. unveils itself, a killing machine hellbent on destroying all S.T.A.R.S. members, and anyone who attempts to help them.

Characters RE3

Jill Valentine: One of the two main playable characters in the original Resident Evil, she has now resigned from S.T.A.R.S., and is prepared to join her teammates Chris and Barry on their mission in Europe, but as she prepares to flee the now infested Raccoon City, a new evil arrives to silence those who know too much about the incident.

Carlos Olivera: One of the members of an Umbrella 'Search & Rescue' team called the U.B.C.S.(Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service), Carlos runs into Jill accidentally while searching Raccoon City - he and Jill form a bond and decide to work together to find a way out of the hellish city.

Nicholai Ginovaef: Nicholai is a Seargent in Mikhail's U.B.C.S. platoon. The way he talks and goes about his business in Racoon City gives you the idea that something else is going on between him and Umbrella. He seems to be stuck in the same situation as his teammates, but as you get to know him further, you realize that there is a lot more than m

Mickhail Victor: Mickhail is the leader of the U.B.C.S. Mikhail is Russian-born and has extensive armed forces experience and training.

Brad Vickers: Brad "Chickenheart" Vickers had a key role in the original Resident Evil, and the last remaining S.T.A.R.S. member left alive in Raccoon City other than Jill. Easy to fold under pressure, he earned the nickname Chickenheart from his teammates. He is an excellent hacker, but very bad at physical combat.

Barry Burton: A key role in Resident Evil, he left for Europe during the events of Resident Evil 3, but makes a return for one of the endings.
