Kevin Dooley.

Kevin was a member of the S.T.A.R.S Bravo Team and served as the helicopter pilot for the squad. When the team had to crash land in the middle of the forest he stayed behind to watch over the helicopter only to be mutilated by a bunch of Cerberi dogs. It was believed in the original opening film clip for the original Resident Evil that it was indeed his hand that was picked up by Alpha Team member Joseph. Prior to being a member of the S.T.A.R.S squad he served an R.P.D police officer.
