Seen throughout most of the Resident Evil games this weapon is a standard weapon which does average to little damage depending on the game. Only useful on the standard enemies in games it is useful for saving ammunition but you should not really need to call upon this weapon for boss fights.

Challenge

Despite the knifes small damage range in most of the Resident Evil games, some players devise strategies and complete "Knife runs", in which they may try to complete one of the games using only the Knife.
