The Chief of Police in Raccoon City, Brian Irons only appears in Claire's scenario of Resident Evil 2. Reading various documents detail his corruption and insanity. Throughout the events of Resident Evil 2, he killed many officers, thinking they were infected. He is killed by William Birkin, but it is not shown how; just that he was somehow ripped in half.
