Chris Redfield's old friend and partner. Former SWAT team member, Barry maintains and supplies weapons for STARS members. He has over sixteen years of experience, and has lead many projects to success. Barry is a trusty ally, but has some trouble with his wife and two daughters recently. He may look or sound depressed at times.

Barry makes an appearance in Resident Evil Gaiden, for the GBC.
