Background

Ark is an anti umbrella operative. He was sent to Sheena Island at the request of Leon Kennedy. He needed to uncover information that was to show what Umbrella were getting up to in the city on Sheena Island. He did this through saying his name was Vincent Goldman. He retrieved his information from Andy Holland but once Holland learnt of this he bent on killing him.
