Billy Coen

A former 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Billy was sentenced to death by a military tribunal for "the slaughter of 23 people." While he was being transferred to the base where the execution was to be carried out, the van Billy was in was attacked, and he escaped.

Carlos Oliveira
Stars in: Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

A Corporal of the U.B.C.S. Delta A mercenary unit. Carlos is a kind-hearted soul with a penchant for humour, even in serious situations. Perhaps due to being raised amid violence, he never shirks away from danger.

Carlos became involved in the events Resident Evil after a 'rescue mission' went wrong. After temporarily escaping the zombies, Carlos met up with Jill Valentine - They agreed to work with each other to get out of Raccoon City.

Chris Redfield

Member of S.T.A.R.S Alpha team (Point Man). Before joining S.T.A.R.S at the RPD Chris was in the US Airforce with Barry Burton. Chris is a man of many skills, an excellent pilot and marksman.

Chris became entangled in the events of Resident Evil after an investigation into the strage events taking place at the Arklay Mountains went wrong - forced to enter the Spencer Mansion in Resident Evil the S.T.A.R.S Alpha team became guinea pigs, they would be used as test dummies in order for vital battle data to be gathered.

Taking matters into his own hands, he headed for Europe, unfortunately his meddling sister Claire decided to follow him; she was caught and imprisoned on Rockfort Island. Chris took it upon himself to rescue Claire. Ever since, Chris has been fighting to bring down Umbrella - we will find out more about his actions and the new Anti-Umbrella organisation B.S.A.A in Resident Evil 5.

Jill Valentine

Member of S.T.A.R.S Alpha team (Rear Security). Before joining S.T.A.R.S at the RPD Jill was in the US Delta Force, training as a Bomb Disposal Expert - she achieved very high grades.

Jill became entangled in the events of Resident Evil after an investigation into the strage events taking place at the Arklay Mountains went wrong - forced to enter the Spencer Mansion in Resident Evil the S.T.A.R.S Alpha team became guinea pigs, they would be used as test dummies in order for vital battle data to be gathered.

Angry about Umbrella's actions, Jill set out to bring the company down, she filed a report and an investigation began. Just after Chris had left for Europe, there was a T-Virus outbreak in Raccoon City - not only did Jill have to fight off hoardes of zombies and other grusome creatures, but she had to deal with a Tracker - Nemesis that Umbrella had deployed to take care of each and every S.T.A.R.S member, she meets up with Carlos Oliveira of the UBCS and their struggle to survive begins.

Rebecca Chambers

Member of S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team (Rear Security). Rebecca excels in the manufacturing and preparation of pharmaceuticals, and is in charge of the team’s overall health. She was handpicked for the S.T.A.R.S. elite team because of her advanced knowledge of chemistry.

Rebecca became entangled in the events of Resident Evil after Bravo team's Helpicopter suddenly malfunctioned, crashing in the Raccoon Forrest area. Rebecca made her way to the ecliptic express, this is where she encounters Billy for the first time - an unexpected relationship is formed.
