After the events of Raccoon City, Claire Redfield and Leon Kennedy split up, heading their own ways, promising to contact each other in case of an emergency. Leon’s path lead him to the government, Claire continued to search for her missing brother, Chris Redfield.

Claire managed to infiltrate the main Paris facility of Umbrella. Despite her best efforts, she was captured by the armed men guarding the facilities and was treated roughly, being knocked unconscious and sent to an island prison ruled over by a paranoid, insane man, Alfred Ashford, whom resided on Rockfort Island. A place where prisoners who entered, only left as the Undead



She awakes in a dark cell, the dangerous Rockfort Island under attack by a
new, but just as deadly, foe. Her guard, showing kindness, let’s Claire out
of her cell, leaving her to battle her way through yet another viral outbreak. She teams up with a second prisoner, Steve Burnside, to improve her chances, and encounters the insane Alfred Ashford and his genius twin, Alexia.

Leon has figured out Claire’s fate, somehow managing to gain communication with Chris. Chris Redfield comes to his sister’s rescue, but she and Steve have already been shipped off to another location through the Ashford’s scheming. Chris must follow his sister to the Antartic to save her from the dangers that awaited, as well as face a new, unexpected enemy.

  CVX Scenes (needs to be ported to the wiki!)
The "complete" version of Code: Veronica was essentially the same game released on the Sega Dreamcast, except that a scene was deleted and four new scenes were added. These scenes involved Wesker and his bearing on the plot of Code: Veronica, for the most part. Below, I'll be covering the added scenes as best I can. But for trivia purposes, the deleted scene occurred before the final battle, just after Claire headed to the escape elevator.
